Your data is stored on servers located in the United States by our third-party providers (GoHighLevel and Stripe). By using our service, you consent to this cross-border transfer of data. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach that poses a risk of significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as required by law.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you cancel, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, unless we are required by law to retain it longer.
